I want to apologize to my readers for the new Onlywire button on this blog! I know it makes the page load so slowly it is torture.
I love the idea of Onlywire and I used to have the button on my main blog but I just couldn’t keep it there! It makes the pages load so freakin slow! I get a lot of first-time readers there and I can’t afford to alienate them with slow loading pages.
In order to use the Onlywire service, you need to either pay (and I don’t like it enough to pay for it) or put it on one of your blogs.
I figure that people who read this blog are looking for something specific and won’t be so bothered by the wait quite so much.
Actually, what I guess I should do is set up a “dummy blog” just to put the Onlywire button on so I don’t annoy any of my readers.
