Don’t fall for the trap of doing tasks which are the easiest because they will kill your productivity levels and give you a false sense of accomplishment.

5. Appoint or hire a mentor. Someone you can report to on a daily basis that can offer encouragement and check your progress each day. This person needs to be someone you highly respect or even fear to a certain extent. It needs to be someone you hate to let down because of who they are.
